Credit Card Information
Once your credit card information, including the CVV number, has been passed to the credit card processing company for verification, we only retain the transaction ID for that specific order. Your credit card information is kept within a secure database with limited access at our payment processor, not with this site or server.
Account, Credit Card and Order Security
To prevent unauthorized credit card use (fraud) and to maintain client account security, BoostStorm may ask for a photo copy of identification and/or credit card information with (vitals blurred out) along with the credit card (name and last 4 digits only showing) used for any order that may be suspect of fraud or legal age use (18+). If a client decides they don’t want to provide this information, they can cancel the order by letting us know via email, and a prompt refund will be done within 24 hours.
Mobile Phone
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third party verification site
BoostStorm uses a secure third party web site(s) to store image information for orders. Screen shots are taken of the start count and end count for every order note emailed to the client to verify delivery of the order. This information can be stored for up to six months. BoostStorm does not have access to these screen shots once they’ve been taken and uploaded to the third party site.
Data Retention and Disposal
BoostStorm retains personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which the personal information was collected unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. BoostStorm uses secure disposal methods when deleting or destroying sensitive personal information.
