A: Most orders, on average, take 1-3 days to complete. Larger quantity orders and slower delivered services can expect a longer process time. Q: Do you guarantee your services?
A: Absolutely, customers find comfort in knowing we’re here to make sure they’re happy and taken care of. Our guarantee will vary from service to service, and guarantee information is posted on our product pages ranging from 30 days to life-time.
Q: How do you handle partial orders?
A: Partial and un-serviceable orders are refunded prorated to the amount not delivered. You have multiple options: 1) We can offer you a store credit you can use on any service BoostStorm® offers, with no expiration. The credit sits in your account until it’s all used up. 2) You can immediately apply the refunded amount to another order you may have going with us. For instance, add another X amount of views to your social media video. 3) Refund your payment method via the credit card or gift card you used at the time of order.
Q: I haven’t received an email after placing my order.
A: We’re SUPER good about sending out receipts, job notes, and email communications requesting further information for service orders. Everyone gets some sort of email from BoostStorm®. If you haven’t received an email from us in your INBOX, check your SPAM/TRASH – most likely you’ll find us there. To avoid delays, consider adding service@booststorm.com to your contacts list.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, but, only up to the point that your has NOT been initiated yet by us. Once your order has been initiated, there is no way to change or cancel the process. And, with that, there is no refund (see our TOS for “Returns, Refunds & Obligations”). So, before you order, make sure it’s what you want because once you agree to the TOS during the check out process and we start your order, we’re both committed.
Q: Can I buy a larger quantity of one service and spread it over multiple video’s or posts?
A: No, this is called “order splitting”. “Order splitting” refers to the practice of dividing a single order of views among multiple videos. As an industry standard, we do not offer this service. Instead, we recommend placing separate orders for each video to meet your specific quantity requirements. For example, if you would like 1,000 views split over 4 videos, you can place four separate orders of 250 views each. This allows us to provide you with the best service and ensure the views are delivered accurately.
Q: What are your customer service days/hours?
A: 7 days a week – 9:00 am -10 pm ET. We’re humans, we need sleep, but very little food. Our staff is pretty fast (up to 4 hours) about replying to service inquiries, so, send them to us below if you still have a question.
